Frame and Unibody Repair

Car-O-Liner is the top company for vehicle frame repair and unibody adjustment, whether the car is slightly twisted or severely damaged. Excalibur has invested significant funds into our Car-O-Liner system, giving us the ability to properly mount and repair nearly every car or truck that goes upon US roads. We utilize the Car-O-Tronic Classic to bring the car back into proper alignment and shape. Frame adjustment is a delicate, powerful process, and the precision equipment we have chosen to have in our shop is the best available.

Innovative Paint Products

Our PPG paint supply includes two premier lines, the high quality Global Premium Refinish System, and the brand-new Envirobase® Basecoat paint, a revolutionary fast-drying water-based paint which has 30% less fumes than ordinary paint. Envirobase® Basecoat is going to be the new standard in emissions-compliant auto body repainting, and as we at Excalibur intend to be at the forefront of the drive to deal responsibly with the environment, we have chosen to promote this paint in our own shop, being the first auto repair shop in the Lewis Clark Valley region to do so. We consider this water-based innovation to be an excellent alternative and replacement to conventional paints.

Painting Services

The Nova Verta Prestige Series paint booth in our shop is among the best available for auto body repair shops. Excalibur purchased the maximum size in this series, which is a full 31' long. It has a digital control system is designed to speed up the painting and baking process. Attached to the paint booth is a premium Mixing Booth with a precise digital touch screen system for mixing every possible color combination. This computer controlled system is constantly updated with the new paint colors and variation mixes. Most people do not realize that a particular car color generally has at least six different mixing ratios, due to paint inconsistencies on car models produced throughout each year.
